Hi! I’m Nguyen

I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Dilek Hakkani-Tür and Prof. Khoa Doan.

I’m currently working on evaluating depressive patient simulators, and I’m broadly interested in LLMs’ applications in healthcare. I’ve worked in LLM-based agents, patient simulation, and hybrid retrieval-augmented generation.

Before joining UIUC, I earned my B.Sc in Computer Science from VinUniversity, and conducted research on topic modeling at Social AI Studio, advised by Prof. Roy Lee.
